So that we can handle technical service matters as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you direct all technical queries and questionnaire requests to your regional Sales Manager. Your Sales Manager will be glad to support and will liaise with the Technical Services Team as required to fulfil your request. Please note that the Technical Services Team is now led by Quality Manager Peter Elderfield, supported by Technical Services Manager Laura Gornall and Customer Service Administrator Joanne Miller. In his new role as Innovation Manager, Gary Shaw is no longer dealing with such requests. Thank you for your cooperation in noting this change.
