Guide to photographing damage evidence for complaints.

In the event of a damaged pack please follow these steps to photograph the issue and report it correctly:

• Remove wooden outlet cover and inspect valve, clearly photograph the valve area

• Clearly photograph damage area to external packaging 

• Clearly photograph PureMalt label

• If leak identified, clean area around the leak and clearly photograph
