Octoboxes can be returned and recycled providing care is taken to avoid damage.
Please follow the procedure below:- 1. Remove internal liner and dispose in accordance with local legislation as waste.
- 2. Ensure walls and lids are clean and free from spillages.
- 3. Place components on to the plastic pallet in the following order taking care to keep components square with each other
- 3.1 Base
- 3.2 Lid - ensuring the lid sides are folded under with the lid facing upwards.
- 3.3 Walls
- 4 If there are a number of Octoboxes to be returned it is easier to stack the Walls on a separate pallet.
- 5 Stack pallets together.
- 6 Once suitable pallet sizes are achieved Band or shrink wrap to secure.
If the Octobox is being returned up right with the liner retained, please make sure that the valve is capped off to avoid spillage. Also ensure that when transporting containers in this condition that care is taken to avoid damaging the valve which will protrude below the pallet slightly.
Correct method for returning boxes with top base in flat lay position:
- Fold walls and place on separate pallet
- Place base cap on separate pallet and repeat, keeping each base square with the one below
- Place top cap on separate pallet and repeat, keeping each top square with the one below
- Once suitable pallet sizes are achieved band or shrink wrapped to secure
